Vertex Tax Advisory LLC provides tax planning, tax return preparation, IRS representation, and bookkeeping services. The scope of services for each client is defined in a separate engagement letter signed prior to commencement of work.
3. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Use of this website and submission of a contact form does not create a client-advisor relationship. Such a relationship is only established upon execution of a signed engagement letter.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform our services. We are not responsible for errors or penalties resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
